Intorduction of Brass stream distributor for air conditioner:
The Brass stream distributor for air conditioner is a device connected to the liquid outlet pipe of the condenser in a refrigeration system for separation.
The purpose of the distributor is to evenly distribute refrigerant to each process of the evaporator through capillary throttling after passing through the head, achieving a uniform and equal amount of liquid supply to the evaporator, enabling the refrigerant to evaporate and absorb heat with maximum efficiency, thereby optimizing the performance of the evaporator and achieving the best refrigeration effect.
The 10 holes brass distributor for air conditioner for fan coil units mostly is made of brass and aluminum.
The product body after the hot punch extrusion allows the product to withstand greater pressure.
and then throught the CNC to produce the holes.
And customer can change the header of the height, center distance and the hole numbers of our current moulds.
